Hypnotherapy could be the answer…

We all have massive untapped potential . We have one of the greatest gifts that has ever been created – the human brain . No computer has ever been made that could come close to the incredible power of the human brain.


However , when we were born we weren’t granted? a User’s guide about how to use it!


You’ve probably heard stories about how we only use a few percent of our brain. These quotes are often not rigorously true. We use most of our brains, however not at the same time. We use different parts for different things.


But one thing is without question – you have potential that is yet to be untapped.


The question is, how do you untap the potential of your mind .


Hypnotherapy is a great tool to help here . Hypnotherapy involves the therapeutic use of hypnosis to help people achieve diverse outcomes. usually, hypnotherapy is known for helping people to stop smoking, lose weight, overcome phobias and other related problems . However hypnotherapy can also be used to help people attain their potential, for example improve your concentration, memory and even sensory awareness.


The deep gifts we have is stored away within our unconscious minds – that part we are not consciously aware of. To demonstrate what your unconscious mind is, just for a moment think of your car registration – you can probably remember it pretty easily. But before I asked, you weren’t thinking of it – it was in your unconscious.


Something like your car registration is easy to surface from your unconscious, however there are many other memories which are tougher to remember – for example situations that happened when you were 4 or 5 years old. Some people suggest that we store every experience we have had in our unconscious.


We all have had dozens of experiences where we have experienced being highly resourceful – events where we are happy, confident, motivated and countless other resourceful states.


Wouldn’t it be useful to be able to access some of these resources whenever we want to? For example, being able to elicit a confident state for an interview.


Well, we can!


When I first learned NLP I found how you can put yourself in a resourceful state at will.


Any state you have ever had you can experience again whenever you want to by following these steps .


An easy way to do this follows:



  • Recall a time when you felt totally confident

  • Remember a particular time

  • Go back to that time and float into your body – imagine you are back in that experience and see what you saw, hear what you heard and feel what you felt


 


You should find yourself reliving that emotion again. Now the next time you want to feel great , take a few moments to take yourself back to that experience and notice yourself feeling totally resourceful!
